Experience
Tom recently achieved a distinction in his MSc in Real Estate Asset Management from the University of Manchester, having graduated with a First Class Honours in Property Finance & Investment in 2022. Throughout his study, Tom has also gained experience across a range of fields, including valuation, planning and development, at Cushman & Wakefield.
Tom joined BPS in September 2024 and is now working towards the completion of his APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.
