Graduate Surveyor
Experience
Tom graduated with a First Class Honours in Property Finance & Investment in 2022 and has furthered his real estate knowledge by completing an MSc in Real Estate Asset Management at the University of Manchester in 2024. Throughout his study, Tom has also gained experience across a range of fields, including valuation, planning and development, at Cushman & Wakefield.
Tom joined BPS in September 2024 and is now working towards the completion of his APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.
