Graduate Surveyor
Lewis has recently joined BPS as a trainee surveyor following 5 years of working in the construction industry on a wide range of projects. Prior to this, he obtained a BSc degree in Mathematics, having undertaken modules such as Financial Mathematics, Financial and Management Accounting and Mathematical Modelling.
Since joining BPS, Lewis has been involved in a variety of different projects within Greater London and the South East. Through this, he has gained experience in reviewing financial viability assessments for a number of mixed use developments varying in scale and complexity. Lewis has also worked on a number of Section 73 and S106A applications.
Lewis has also assisted in valuation instructions by preparing residual appraisals, cashflows and conducting research.
Alongside working at BPS, Lewis is studying for a master’s degree in real estate at Kingston University. He will also shortly be working towards his APC on the Commercial Property Pathway with the aim of becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 2027.
