Experience
Clare has 29 years post qualification experience and has a strong background and many years’ experience in valuation. She has similarly wide experience of all forms of regeneration and development appraisal work having been involved with all types of property for lending purposes, rent review, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, insurance, tax and accounting as well viability in a planning context. Clare also has considerable experience in valuing a range of businesses for bank lending including pubs, hotels and healthcare.
Clare has had extensive involvement with a wide range of developments including major town centre regeneration schemes, complex estate renewal schemes and very large-scale developments. She is also working on major urban expansion areas and is involved in preparing evidence bases to support Local Plan policy development and Supplementary Planning Advice.
Clare is also an APC Assessor and Counsellor and runs our graduate APC training programme.
