Experience
Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 30 years post qualification experience and has worked extensively with a wide range of public bodies, government agencies and local authorities. Andrew founded BPS almost 25 years ago and the company currently advises 26 London Boroughs and more than 20 other unitary, metropolitan and district Councils. Andrew is currently involved in a number of town centre developments and major regeneration schemes. He is also actively involved with planning viability in relation to both specific schemes but also in the development of innovative ways for securing optimum outcomes for client authorities and the development of Council planning Policy to assist this objective.
Andrew has considerable experience as an Expert Witness at Planning Inquiries, Hearings and Examination Public
Andrew was also part of CLG’s Expert Panel of consultees when formulating the current NPPF and NPPG in relation to development viability.
