Experience
Agnes has worked with BPS since 2021 during which time she has been involved in a number of major schemes across Greater London. Agnes has advised a variety of local authorities on viability and affordable housing matters on wide range of sites, including traditional mixed use residential developments, as well as major retirement, student housing, co-living and BTR schemes. Agnes has been actively involved in a number of the company’s major projects including at appeal.
Before joining BPS, Agnes gained 10 years’ experience of working as a Property Manager and Completions Coordinator in the residential sector and was involved in major new built developments across London, before returning to university to study for her MSc.
