Experience
Tom joined BPS in 2024 and has since been directly involved in a number of major redevelopment and regeneration projects. He has gained experience across a range of work, including Red Book valuations, financial viability assessments and Local Plan reviews; he has advised a variety of clients across Greater London and the South of England.
Prior to joining, Tom graduated with the highest degree classifications from a bachelor’s and most recently his master’s degree at the University of Manchester, both of which related to Real Estate. Tom is now less than a year away from sitting his APC, with the aim of becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 2026.
